Relationship Between Stats and Skills.

Ever wonder what stats effect what skill levels? Would intelligence give you a higher bonus in other.valueing or would wisdom be better? Well now you can finally find out. While I don't guarantee this information to be 100% correct, I will say that as far as I know, this table seems to be correct and accurate.
